Off the mountain, it's not just for skiers! In addition to epic skiing & snowboarding, these two majestic mountains also feature a vibrant base village; so, take a leisurely pedestrian stroll through the village brimming with over 200 shops and 150 restaurants and bars, or for more adventure have a blast on our free outdoor skating rink at the Olympic Plaza, go tubing at the bubly™ Tube Park, or witness the incredible Fire & Ice Show.
We'll be staying in hotel-style accommodations in the signature Delta Hotels by Marriott-Whistler Village Suites, just a 7-minute free shuttle ride to the gondola.
The estimated package price of $2,439 includes:
- Round-trip airfare from Norfolk, VA to Vancouver, Canada (1-layover)
- Private Charter Bus from airport to resort + gratuities and 45-min grocery stop
- 7-nights double occupancy lodging in Whistler Village
- Roundtrip group baggage handling
- One Meet and Greet party
- One Group dinner
As lift tickets are not included, consider purchasing your own Epic pass in advance.
The refund cut-off date is June 7, 2024.
A $25 discount for early sign-ups is offered until June 1, 2024.

This trip has non-standard cancellation fees, as follows:

all nonrecoverable costs after June 7, 2024.

Singles policy: The PSC Board of Directors has recently formalized club policy regarding single travelers without roommates. Please review the event rules below before registering. To avoid excessive lodging charges in the event that a suitable roommate cannot be found, singles are strongly encouraged to pair up with a roommate before signing up for this trip.
